Connect your Zendesk account
Enter your Zendesk subdomain to connect an account. Your subscription is attached to the account you connect, and you approve the access in Zendesk.

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial that includes all Growth features.
The agent limit counts admins and full agents. Light agents and contributors are not counted when Zendesk lets us read your custom roles; if it does not, they are counted. If you go over your plan's agent limit you have 7 days before TicketRescue switches to dry-run, where nothing is recovered or deleted, until you upgrade or remove agents.
